STAT EMS partners with local communities, the Genesee County Parks and Recreation Commission, and Hurley Medical Center, the Region’s only Level One Trauma Center, local Police and Fire Departments to educate kids all about Police, Fire, and EMS/First Aid Safety, Nutrition, and well-being.
Rescue 911 is a fun hands-on learning program that gives children the knowledge, skills and confidence to protect themselves and react safely in emergency situations.
Programs provided but not limited to are; Identification Kid, child safety/burn programs, nutrition, physical activities, fire prevention, and 911 procedures.
Each child will receive lunch and a graduation certificate upon completion of the program.
School agendas may vary according to location. Rescue 911 is a FREE event and is geared for children ages 8 - 12. Consideration for ages outside the program agenda may be considered.
